You can see on the media many people of the world begin to commute by bicycle due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreaks.
There are so many cases to start commuting by bike, recently in order to avoid crowded spaces and so on, in my case I realized not to take a final train.And I heard that anyone began bike to work for health, as a result they could lose weight around 5kg in three months.
Have you ever heard someone could slim your body since riding a bicycle, in your own case or anyones experiences?
A lot of people think bicycles are good for health. Let me find out with some research.
Mastles Moved Durling Pedaling
The pedalings are fitnesses that are moved mainly the lower half of the body. When we storoked down the pedals, we used gluteus maximus, which is muscles of the hip and hamstrings is the back of thighs. The movements are so productive because we use the large muscles of our bodies..
And so, when we pick the pedals up from the bottom, we can move psoas muscle which is connected with upper and lower half of body.It seems the key factor of avoiding to be progresive of aging.
The pedalings of a bicycle is similar to the fitness of skipping the stairs of one step. It is so productive exercise to build the inner muscle such as moving the psoas muscle up.
Work For Not Bodies But Mental

That is "Mindfulness", which we can fully concentrate on what we should do now on. It also considers that it is such an effective act for mind to ride a bicycle due to focus the situation on for long.
There are so many questions in the world on how we have to be back to the conventional progresses up to now beyond COVID-19 infections.
We meet some ups and downs durling not only the pandemics of the contagious diseases but also daily action for individuals. The power of recovery to face facts was said "Regilience''. It assumed that it will have an effect of making it better for mentals with having any customary exercises.
Warming Brains UP
It is good for warming your brain up with pre work or school to move simply such as commuting by bicycle.
It was considered that we could improve our ability to manage the actions, thoughts and emotions of achieving any goals to exercise moderately for 20 to 30 minutes.
In my case, I have good feelings when I commute by bicycle for 20 minutes or so rather than walking to the nearest station for 5 minutes. I ride a bicycle to go to work in the morning as I can.
E-bikes As Well
It was expected that we could raise our heart-rate with electricity such as e-bikes regardless of speed up with heavy gears.
I consider that it is a good choice to choose e-bikes when you will commence a bicycle life.I sometimes use shared cycles with electricity when I commute by a bicycle in the morning only.That’s so comfortable.
In Conclusion
I commend you, which want to make quality of life better, to exercise continuously with the bicycles including bike to work due to having a good effect for your physicals, mentals and brains.
Why don’t you try to commute by bicycle for 20-30 minutes to exchange your brain for working and exercise for long periods of time to spend on the weekend if you lose weight.
