How do we obtain our HEALTH? Vol.7 English ver.

As I remember, the latest blog was released last November. I could not write any more due to the fact that I decided to fight with the holiday shopping season for the first time in a few years. Somehow, I felt so nice to ensure good revenue with preparation so well.


Although, when you hear “WEARABLE DEVICES”, what do you imagine?


One of the answers with varieties in the years is “Apple Watch” or so. I felt It is big revolution to be able to measure heart rate all the time. It assumes measurement has been so important.


In the business situation, Google has tried to acquire Fitbit, the manufacturers of wearable watches, it also supposed the importance of such devices. And here comes good news: the approval of the merger was completed durling I am writing the blog. So fascinated!



How do we grasp our health conditions?


We can grasp any of our own numerical values through a health check once a year as a business person. It had fixed quantities not only the base like height and weight but also the examination of blood condition, a gastrocamera and so on. There is so much respect for the frontier to clarify those with science.


It is important to improve any numerical values we had been visualized as because it is not the solution to make a diagnosis with a health check. For instance, if we want to reduce our own weight by 3kg, it is appropriate to reduce it for about half a year, it means about 120 kcal a day.


Wearable devices, such as “Apple Watch” that can measure heart rates, are so sufficient to grasp your physical activity. They provide the consumption of energy as calorie by measuring the strength of physical activity such as running , walking , cycling and others. Especially, it can be a must for those who are exercising continuously. For my own case, I can not exercise without the wearable device because they can only record our exercises but also have any proposal to improve self performance.


Anyway, we need to grasp the variation of weight as ceaseless exercise, but It can not be measured with wearable devices sololy. Therefore, I consider that it is most important to check your daily weight onto a bath scale. The strength of feeling is also tested when we have to accept the things we don’t see anytime after the holiday season. We need to be patient. Hana!



Hard to get used to the exercises in Japan?


They say that it does not expand to have a custom of exercises in Japan compared to western countries. Here in fact are some figures.

They say retirement age will be 75 years old at present. When we will be able to work at the front line. How completed that long distance load races. We need to keep up exercise habits and feed properly with grasping our body situations. Although, it is not easy to conduct the PDCA cycles.
