This topic is about a diet. So many guys must be on a diet due to after the holiday season. High seasons in Japan are this time and after GW(about 5-7 holidays in May). It seems that the former is for much feed, the later is to expose the skin for summer season.

I tried a diet to tackle the triathlon(especially long distance!) about 3 years ago. To record the calorie intake etc. correctively was most effective. Although, it took much time alos bothering with action as each meal and exercise, so it will not be sustainable.
